These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Inspire Studio (the "service"). By creating an account, accepting an invitation, or otherwise using the service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and promptly update it as needed. You must be at least 16 years old to use the service.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the service. You will not upload unlawful, infringing, or harmful content; attempt to gain unauthorized access to the service or other accounts; interfere with the operation of the service; or use it to violate the rights of others.

Your content

You retain ownership of the files, comments, and other content you upload ("your content"). You grant us a limited license to store, process, and display your content solely as necessary to provide the service to you and the people you share it with. You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to upload and share your content.

Sharing

The service lets you share content with clients and collaborators, including via public links. You are responsible for managing who has access and for the consequences of sharing. We provide controls such as passwords, expiry, and revocation, but you are responsible for using them appropriately.

Service availability

We strive to keep the service available and reliable, but we provide it "as is" and do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time.

Fees

Certain plans may require payment. Fees, billing cycles, and plan terms will be presented at the time of purchase. Unless stated otherwise, fees are non-refundable except as required by law.

Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or if necessary to protect the service or other users. Upon termination, your right to use the service ends, and we may delete your content after a reasonable period.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided without warranties of any kind, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for loss of data or profits, arising from your use of the service.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page and revise the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
