This Privacy Policy explains how Inspire Studio ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses, shares, and protects information when you use our service, including our website, application, API, and Model Context Protocol (MCP) connector. By using Inspire Studio, you agree to the practices described here.

Information we collect

We collect the following categories of information:

• Account identifiers — your name, account and organization identifiers, and the names of other users shown in the service (owners, uploaders, approvers, and commenters).
• Contact details — your email address, and contact details you enter about other people, such as a brand's primary contact or teammates you invite by email. You are responsible for having a lawful basis to provide another person's information.
• Content and metadata you create — the files (assets) you upload and their titles, descriptions, tags, version notes, and the review comments and approval decisions you record.
• Sign-in data — when you sign in with a third-party provider such as Google, we receive your name, email address, and a unique account identifier from that provider, as permitted by the scopes you approve.
• Usage and log data — limited technical information such as your IP address and browser type, your activity log (a record of actions taken in your account, including actions taken on your behalf by a connected AI assistant), and last-login time, which we use to operate, secure, and improve the service.

How we use information

We use the information we collect to provide and maintain the service, authenticate users, deliver notifications you have opted into, respond to support requests, prevent abuse, and comply with legal obligations.

AI features

Images you upload may be sent to a third-party AI provider to automatically generate captions and tags that make your library searchable. These AI-generated descriptions may describe the contents of an image, including any people depicted. AI features are provided to assist you and may not always be accurate.

AI assistants and MCP connectors

You may connect a third-party AI assistant (such as Claude or Muse) to your account through our MCP connector. When you do, the data you ask the assistant to retrieve or act on is sent to that assistant's provider, at your direction and under that provider's own terms and privacy policy. Connections use OAuth and are limited to the permissions you approve on a consent screen; you can disconnect at any time.

How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with service providers (sub-processors) who help us operate the platform, when required by law, or to protect the rights and safety of our users and the public. Content you share within your organization or via share links is visible to the people you grant access to. Our sub-processors include:

• IONOS — hosting and storage infrastructure.
• Stripe — subscription billing and payments.
• Brevo — transactional and notification email delivery.
• Google — optional sign-in (OAuth).
• Anthropic — AI captioning/tagging, and processing of requests made through a connected Claude assistant.

Email communications

We send transactional and notification emails related to your account and activity. You can control which notification emails you receive at any time from your account settings or via the "Manage email preferences" link included in every notification email.

Data retention and deletion

We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service. You may request full deletion of your account and associated personal data at any time by contacting us at the address below. We will delete your account, uploaded files, and associated personal data within 30 days of a verified request, except where we are required to retain certain information by law; residual copies in encrypted backups are removed within our normal backup rotation. Deleting an individual asset within the app removes its file from active storage while retaining a minimal record for your organization's history; full account deletion removes this personal data.

International data transfers

We host with IONOS and may process information in countries other than the one in which you reside. Where personal data is transferred internationally, we rely on appropriate safeguards, such as Standard Contractual Clauses, to protect it.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including encryption of data in transit (TLS), access controls, and audit logging of activity in your account. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete your personal information, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise these rights, contact us at the address below.

Children

The service is a business tool intended for users aged 18 and over. It is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from minors.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page and revise the "Last updated" date above.
